Registering for the FAO Internship Program is now open. The Food and Agriculture Organization is known by its acronym, FAO. It’s the Food Department of the United Nations. Family relation: Candidates with family members (defined as brother, sister, mother, or father) employed by FAO under any type of contract are not eligible for the Internship Programme.

The locations of the internships are Africa, Europe and Central Asia, Asia and the Pacific, Latin America and the Caribbean, Near East and North Africa, and Rome, Italy (home of the FAO headquarters).

Economic Advantages

FAO Monthly Stipend: Interns will be paid a monthly stipend of no more than US$ 700 in local currency.
