Heinrich Boll Foundation Scholarships Fully Funded 2026

International students can apply for the Heinrich Boll Foundation Scholarship 2026–2027, which is completely supported. This grant is available for PhD and master’s degree programs. Students who receive this scholarship are awarded full scholarships for the duration of the program. For the academic year 2026–2027, international students can apply for Heinrich Boll Foundation Scholarships to pursue postgraduate and doctoral studies in Germany. Students who receive full scholarships from the Foundation are supported for the duration of the program. Graduate and doctoral students from outside of Germany are eligible to apply for scholarships from the Heinrich Böll Foundation’s scholarship department.
