The Singapore overseas Graduate Award 2026 is given to all overseas students with exceptional academic records on the basis of merit. The world’s brightest brains are drawn to Singapore’s top universities for the SINGA program 2026, where they will pursue PhD and EngD studies. This international fully-funded scholarship opportunity allows all graduates to pursue a PhD in science and technology in one of the most academically advanced nations on earth.
Fellows of the Singapore Government Scholarship 2026 will carry on their studies in Singapore’s A*STAR Research Institutes’ cutting-edge and creative labs. Additionally, studying among peers and mentors of other nationalities will teach them how to live together in a global and diverse setting. In addition to these academic advantages, the fellows will gain practical expertise in how to empower and make the smallest nation economically and socially prosperous.

Benefits of International Graduate Award of Singapore 2026:
- The honorees’ entire tuition is covered by SINGA.
- A stipend of S$ 2,700 per month will be provided to the fellows.
- After passing the initial test, the monthly stipend will be raised to S$ 3200.
- A one-time airfare stipend of up to S$1500 will be given to the fellow.
- A settling-in stipend of up to S$1,000 will be given.

Qualifications of International Graduate Award of Singapore 2026:
- The candidates have to be foreign students.
- A bachelor’s degree must have been earned by the applicants.
- The candidates must have a strong academic record.
- The candidate needs to speak English fluently.
- Since English language proficiency can be evaluated during the interview, SINGA does not require a special certificate.
- However, each university may have its own requirements for an English Language Certificate.
- Candidates who have already finished their tertiary study in Singapore or who are citizens of Singapore are not eligible to apply.
- Those who would like to apply for the master’s program are not qualified.
- Candidates are only eligible if they wish to pursue a Ph.D. in science or engineering.
- PhD programs in the arts, social sciences, economics, etc. are not accepted.
