JAMS International Fellowship for Weinstein 2026
Weinstein Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) training and short courses are eligible for the 2026 JAMS International Fellowship. Your application must be submitted before November 21, 2025. The JAMS Foundation is offering this scholarship, which has a partial funding value of up to USD 20,000. This scholarship is available to everyone, with the exception of US citizens. Established in 2008, the Weinstein JAMS International Fellowship offers eligible foreign nationals the chance to research American dispute resolution procedures and practices in order to support their efforts to improve dispute resolution back home.

Eligibility Criteria of JAMS International Fellowship:
This scholarship requires the following qualification:
- The Weinstein JAMS International Fellowship requires applicants to speak English fluently.
- US nationals are not eligible to apply for this fellowship.
- The fellowship lasts between one and four months.
- Preference is given to proposals that aid in the establishment of workable conflict resolution procedures.
- Candidates with prior experience as judges, attorneys, government officials, court administrators, alternative dispute resolution practitioners, or law professors are given preference.
- Preference is given to candidates who can begin their Fellowship during the annual Fellows meeting in the San Francisco Bay region in early September of their Fellowship year.
