Eligibility Criteria for the Kyoto University Scholarship 2024-25:
Applicants must be nationals of countries eligible for the Asian Development Bank borrowing member country and Japanese ODA scholarship.
Applicants must not hold dual citizenship in any developed country.
Applicants must have admission to an approved master’s course at Kyoto University.
Applicants must hold a bachelor’s degree or its equivalent with a superior academic record.
Minimum of two years of full-time professional working experience acquired after obtaining a university degree.
Applicants must be not more than 35 years old at the time of application.
