Are you looking for an MA in human rights and sustainability, a master’s in economic governance and development, or a master’s in politics and security? Apply to the OSCE Academy of Kyrgyzstan’s fully supported MA Degree Scholarships.
Eighty fully-funded scholarships are available from the OSCE Academy in Kyrgyzstan to students from the aforementioned nations so they can continue their education in Kyrgyzstan in 2024–2026.
Starting on September 1, 2024, the 18-month full-time MA programs will be offered. All enrolled students are required to attend the preparatory Summer School, which runs from August 5 to August 29, 2024, before September 1st. In order to pursue their intended degree, students must travel to and live in Bishkek.
The Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE) and the Kyrgyz government established the public OSCE Academy in Bishkek in 2002. The OSCE Academy advances the ideals and tenets of the OSCE via postgraduate study, professional development, research, and discourse.

Requirements and Eligibilities
MA Degree Scholarships of OSCE Academy applicants should meet the following criteria:
- Be a Citizen of one of the following countries: Afghanistan, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, Kazakhstan, Mongolia, and Uzbekistan or OSCE participating states.
- They have obtained or are expected to complete a Bachelor’s Degree before starting the program (Four-year BA degree, final year BA program, or Specialist Diploma) in a related field.
- Advanced level of English Language Proficiency (at least 90 on the TOEFL or 6.5 on the IELTS)
