Conditions and Qualifications:
Candidates must be citizens of one of the participating OSCE states or Afghanistan, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, Kazakhstan, Mongolia, or Uzbekistan
possess a Bachelor’s degree in a comparable discipline, or are anticipated to finish one before beginning the program (four-year BA, final-year BA, or Specialist Diploma)
High proficiency in the English language (at least 90 on the TOEFL or 6.5 on the IELTS)
