MAECI Scholarship, Italian Government, 2025–2026:

For both foreign and Italian residents residing overseas, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation (MAECI) is providing a distinguished scholarship program.

The Italian Government MAECI scholarship aims to assist the Italian economic system, encourage academic collaboration, and advance Italian culture and language. Outstanding international students from qualified nations are encouraged to apply for full-time study (Master’s, Ph.D.), research, or training programs at reputable Italian universities.

Europe Nations:

  • The Czech Republic, Estonia, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Kosovo, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, Moldova, Montenegro, North Macedonia, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Russia, San Marino, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Switzerland, Ukraine, Albania, Austria, Belarus, Bosnia-Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, the Czech Republic, Estonia, and France.

The Americas Nations:

  • In addition to the United States (although eligibility in the United States may differ per program), applicants may be from Argentina, Bolivia, Brazil, Canada, Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica, Cuba, the Dominican Republic, Ecuador, El Salvador, Guatemala, Mexico, Panama, Paraguay, Peru, Uruguay, and Venezuela.
