International students at Ibn Haldun University are welcome to apply for scholarships from all across the world. Students who wish to study for a doctorate (PhD) in Turkey are strongly urged to apply. Sponsored scholarships are offered under the Turkey Scholarship program for the 2024–2025 academic year.
The PhD program in civilization studies at Ibn Haldun University in Turkey is open to applicants from outside. For overseas students, the university will pay their tuition and stipend.

Applications for the Ibn Haldun University Doctoral Scholarships are welcome from candidates worldwide.Students can apply to Ibn Haldun University for a PhD program in civilization studies.Exceptions:It is not necessary for applicants who are native English speakers or who have completed a bachelor’s degree (minimum three years) from an authorized postsecondary educational institution in an English-speaking nation (US, UK, Canada, Australia, or New Zealand) to take an English proficiency test.Successful applicants who are unable to take an approved English proficiency exam due to national restrictions MUST submit their results before formally enrolling in the fall semester. If you don’t, your admissions offer will be canceled.

Benefits
MEDIT / ACI PhD Scholarships 2024-25 in Turkey at Ibn Haldun University will cover the majority of the costs of studying in Turkey for free. The following information is provided in detail:
$16,000 USD is the tuition price for a full-time student enrolled in the four-year PhD program in civilization studies for the 2024–2025 academic year.Every student is accepted, and there are several ways for them to pay for their tuition.Successful applicants will get positions as a Teaching Assistant or Research Assistant in addition to waivers of tuition costs.PhD scholarships include both the four-year doctorate program and the preparatory phase (up to one academic year) for Arabic and Turkish.There are nine months in which scholarships are offered each year. The summertime is not one of them.Married students and/or PhD candidates who have passed their comprehensive exams are eligible to apply for the Summer Scholarship. Each year, they will receive a stipend for a total of 12 months.Annual renewals are available for both scholarships and assistant scholarships.
Note:
We will only accept documents written in Arabic, Turkish, German, English, or French. Translations into other languages should be done in either Turkish or English. (At the time of registration, the document must be presented in Turkish in both the original language and an approved translation.)
