Applications for Persian Gulf Scholarships for 2024–2025 are being accepted by Persian Gulf University in Iran. Applicants from outside Iran who wish to continue their education there are eligible to apply for this award.

Eligibility Criteria
Applicants should meet the general and specific criteria to apply for Persian Gulf Scholarships as follows:
General Requirements:
Applicants must not hold citizenship of the Islamic Republic of Iran.There must not be any legal prohibitions for continuing studies or staying in Iran.Must provide a valid certificate of physical and mental health, approved by political or consular offices of the Islamic Republic of Iran in the student’s home country or accredited medical centers of the university.
Observations:
The Islamic Republic of Iran’s Embassy in Kabul as well as the Afghan Ministry of Education must both approve Afghan certificates.Regulations established by the Ministry of Science govern when and if university applicants must earn a Persian language teaching credential.Postdoctoral research course applications are accepted in accordance with applicable laws and the subjects that the university offers.

Scholarship Types:
Full coverage of tuition, accommodation, and food expenses
Coverage of tuition fees
70% coverage of tuition fees
Particular Conditions:
For admission to bachelor’s, master’s, and doctoral programs, applicants must have a minimum certificate equal to finishing one of the required courses in Iran, such as high school (12 years of formal education), bachelor’s, and master’s degrees, respectively.Should the candidate have finished their prior education outside of Iran, all transcripts and certificates of study must be sent to the Iranian Embassy for approval.Admission to master’s and doctorate programs is contingent upon the relevant council’s permission.

How Do I Apply?
First admissions procedure:
Documents are sent by the applicant to admission.pgu@gmail.com for evaluation.Admitted candidates apply for a study visa and register in the Saorg system.Examine the procedure for issuing and retrieving study visas via the department of consular affairs at the institution.Admitted students are required to swiftly finish tasks linked to their academic residence.
Final admissions procedure:
submitting study visa applications to the department of consular affairs at the university.For final enrollment, the educational vice-chancellor will meet with the people on the shortlist.
Observations:
After enrolling, foreign students follow Iranian student laws.Final enrollment requires original, validated academic records.
