Eligibility Criteria of the Professional Fellows Program in the USA:

  • Nationals of Armenia, Azerbaijan, Georgia, Moldova, Russia, Ukraine, and Turkey are eligible to apply.
  • Applicants must currently hold leadership roles within civil society, government, or the private sector.
  • A minimum of 2 years of work experience is required.
  • Applicants’ countries should be willing to participate in the core themes of the program, including Governance and Society accompanied by Innovation and Entrepreneurship.
  • Applicants’ age should fall between 25 and 35 years.
  • Applicants should demonstrate self-direction and initiative.
  • Effective commitment to working in a cross-cultural setting is essential.
  • Applicants should be able to identify a project to work on in their country/community.
  • Proficiency in English, both written and oral, is mandatory.
