Romanian Foreign Citizens’ ARICE Scholarships for 2025:
For the academic year 2025–2026, the Romanian Agency for Investments and Foreign Trade (ARICE) generously awards 40 scholarships to overseas scholars in collaboration with the Ministry of Education. Through these scholarships, foreign nationals can pursue a variety of academic goals at recognized state universities throughout Romania, from bachelor’s degrees to doctoral studies. While students from all around the world are welcome to apply, candidates from EU and EFTA member states are not, and preference is given to those from non-EU and non-EFTA nations that do not currently have agreements for cultural and educational cooperation with Romania.

- Open to nationals of non-EU and non-EFTA countries.
