Afghanistan, Sri Lanka, India, the Maldives, Bangladesh, Nepal, and other eight SAARC countries founded South Asian institution (SAU), an international institution, in 2010. For students from SAARC nations as well as other nations, SAU provides a range of freeships and scholarships, such as the following ones:
- SAU President Scholarship,
- SAARC-India Silver Jubilee Scholarship,
- SAU Merit Scholarship,
- SAU PhD Scholarship,
- SAU Freeship with Stipend, and
- SAU Freeship.
All Master’s students must pay tuition costs at the time of enrollment; however, after the scholarship or freeship announcement is sent, these amounts will be reimbursed to the recipients of the awards. Recipients of scholarships and freeships are exempt from paying tuition in subsequent semesters as long as they continue to meet the requirements for renewal in their particular category. Doctorate students are not required to pay tuition during their academic program.
It’s crucial to remember that even while recipients of scholarships and freeships are not needed to pay tuition, they could still need to pay additional costs as indicated by the Admissions & Examinations department in order to finish their registration.
