Scholarship for Erasmus Mundus MIPDaL 2026–2028
Applications for the Erasmus Mundus MIPDaL Scholarship 2026–2028 are now being accepted. Six European universities offer the fully financed Erasmus Mundus Joint Master’s degree program. Candidates from all across the world are welcome to apply for this European Union-funded program. Students can choose to study at two different institutions in a different nation, and there is no application fee. About 12 candidates are given the opportunity to sign up for an Erasmus Mundus MIPDaL program each year. The international study program known as MIPDaL, or Master of Intellectual Property Law and Data Law, focuses on advanced instruction in both data law and intellectual property (IP).

Eligibility Criteria of Scholarship for Erasmus Mundus MIPDaL:
This scholarship requires the following qualification:
- All nationalities are welcome to apply.
- At the time of enrollment, your two countries of study must be distinct from your home country.
- Academic Degree: A four-year Bachelor’s degree or its equivalent, such as a Bachelor’s plus first Master’s, is required.
- If you have earned 80% of the credits and can show proof of completion by a certain date, you may be eligible for a conditional offer.

- A proof of proficiency test in the language is necessary.

Structure of the Program:
First Semester of MIPDaL:
- Venues (Universities): UNISTRA/CEIPI (Université de Strasbourg/Centre d’études internationales de la propriété intellectuelle), TalTech (Tallinn University of Technology), UC3M (Universidad Carlos III de Madrid), or TUD (Technische Universität Dresden).
Second Semester of MIPDaL:
After the Master’s Thesis, the second semester is devoted to one of three specialization tracks.
