Scholarship for JCMM Projects for International Students in 2025
International students seeking master’s and doctoral degrees in technical and natural sciences are eligible to apply for the 2025 JCMM Project Scholarship. You have until September 30, 2025, to submit your application. This scholarship, which has a monthly value of CZK 7,000 and is regarded as partial support, is being offered by the South Moravian Centre for International Mobility (JCMM). This scholarship is available to non-EU citizens.
Regarding:
International students from non-EU third countries pursuing Ph.D. or follow-up master’s degrees at our partner universities, with an emphasis on technological and natural science fields, are eligible to apply for JCMM scholarships. The plan also includes Czech Centers at our partner international universities.

Eligibility Criteria of Scholarship for JCMM Projects:
This scholarship requires the following qualification:
- Candidates must be international students from third-world non-EU nations enrolled in follow-up master’s or doctoral programs in Czech at partner universities in Brno, Czech Republic.
- Except for language and preparatory classes or short-term study exchange programs, applicants should not have previously attended any Czech universities or secondary schools. Applications are not accepted from people who have already studied in the Czech Republic or who have been here for at least six months.
Criteria for selection:
- Natural science and technological study programs are favored.
- A strong command of the Czech language is required for follow-up master’s programs; however, the requirements for Ph.D. programs vary by faculty.
