Scholarship for the Melbourne Chancellor at the University of Melbourne 2025

The University of Melbourne 2025 offers the Melbourne Chancellor’s Scholarship to students pursuing bachelor’s degrees in the university’s subject areas. Your application must be submitted by August 20, 2025. The University of Melbourne is offering this scholarship, which is worth between AUD 17,500 and AUD 32,500 only for tuition costs. All nationals are eligible to apply for this scholarship.

Talented undergraduate students are given this prize in appreciation of their exceptional academic performance throughout their Australian Year 12 or International Baccalaureate (IB) studies.

Eligibility Criteria of Scholarship for the Melbourne Chancellor:

This scholarship requires the following qualification:

  • Any nationality may be represented among the applicants.
  • Subjects taken as part of a postsecondary course must not have been completed by the candidate.
  • The candidate must have used VTAC to apply.
  • In order to enroll in the course specified in the VTAC application, the candidate must fulfill the prerequisites and either:
  • possess a minimum ATAR of 99.90 or
  • plan to pursue a bachelor’s degree in music, have attained an audition score of A+ and an ATAR of at least 99.85, or
  • possess an ATAR of 90 or higher and be of Indigenous Australian ancestry.

The scholarship’s value:

The following advantages are available to the chosen applicants:

Students at home:

  • For the length of the undergraduate program, a concurrent diploma, and 25 credit points of single topic enrollment, full CSP Student Contribution support is provided.
  • Living allowance
  • $5,000 annually: For pupils who attended classes in Victoria or
  • For students who studied outside of Victoria, the annual cost was $10,000.
  • Up to $2,500 can be awarded through the Melbourne Global Scholars Award for an authorized duration of study abroad as an exchange or study abroad student.
  • Students who fulfill the prerequisite coursework and admission standards for the master’s degree are guaranteed a CSP in one of the professional master’s programs.

Foreign Students:

  • 50% of the full-time Bachelor’s degree course tuition is waived.
  • Up to $2,500 can be awarded through the Melbourne Global Scholars Award for an authorized period of study abroad as an exchange or study abroad student.
  • Students who fulfill the prerequisite coursework and admission standards for the master’s degree are guaranteed a spot in one of the professional master’s programs at full international tuition.
