For overseas students who do not reside in the European Economic Area (EEA) and wish to pursue a bachelor’s or master’s degree in the Netherlands, the Netherlands Government financial is an amazing financial opportunity. This Europe fellowship is supported by the Dutch Ministry of Education, Culture, and Science, as well as a number of Dutch research universities and universities of applied sciences. After completing the Research Master’s program, students will be prepared to pursue a Ph.D. in their field of study and land advisory positions in the public and commercial sectors.

Eligibility of Scholarship for the Netherlands Government 2025–2026:
- The applicant cannot come from the European Economic Area (EEA).
- Apply to the relevant Dutch university and get an admissions offer.
- Meet all the conditions set forth by the university where you are applying.
- not currently hold a degree from a Dutch education institution
- Apply for a full-time bachelors or Master’s degree
How to apply for Scholarship for the Netherlands Government 2025–2026:
- If you fulfill the requirements, you can apply for the NL Scholarship at any Dutch Higher Education Institution (DHEI) of your choosing.
- Bachelor’s and master’s degree programs are available in a variety of fields at all 32 partner Dutch universities.
- Online applications are available for each department separately.
- After choosing an institution, participants must go to that university’s online application page and submit their application.
