International students can apply for the University of Twente Scholarship (UTS) 2025 to study for a master’s degree in the Netherlands. Those with good background knowledge and talent are welcome to apply.
Outstanding students from non-EU/EEA nations who are applying to the University of Twente for a graduate degree (MSc) are eligible to apply for the University Twente Scholarship (UTS).

Eligibility Criteria
- Applying for UT scholarships is distinct from enrolling in classes; first, obtain academic admission.
- admitted provisionally for September 2024–2025 to a qualifying UT Master program.
- After completing the application, results could take up to eight weeks.
- must not have completed a UT program and possess a student number.
- fulfill the requirements for a Dutch entrance visa, if any.
- Achieve the academic IELTS score of 6.5 (or TOEFL iBT 90) plus an extra TOEFL iBT 20 speaking subscore to meet the English language requirements.
- Not qualified for a study loan in the Netherlands.Scholarships from UT are awarded to the top 5–10% of students.
