Eligibility Criteria of Scholarships for Postgraduate Architecture Studies through:
This scholarship requires the following qualification:
- Candidates must be overseas students who, at the time of application, had earned their first degree from an institution in architecture or a related discipline.
- Candidates must be enrolled in a state or state-recognized German institution and pursuing a Master’s degree, postgraduate degree, or a supplemental course that does not lead to final qualification.
- Applicants may apply in their second year of a postgraduate program in Germany if they are currently enrolled in the first year.
- Final exams must have been taken by candidates no more than six months prior to the deadline.
- Candidates are not allowed to apply if they have lived in Germany for more than 15 months as of the application deadline.
Selection Standards:
- Study accomplishments and work examples are used to gauge creative development and qualification.
- The study plan and the motivation letter serve as indicators of the project’s excellence.
