Shanghai Government Scholarship at Shanghai University 2024 is available for Bachelor’s, Master’s, and PhD degrees in the subjects given by the university. You can apply for the scholarship here. The deadline for sending your application is May 15, 2024. This scholarship is given by the Shanghai Municipal People’s Government and is valued at full funding, tuition fees, stipend, and accommodation. This fellowship is open to foreign applicants (except China).
Eligibility for Shanghai Government Scholarship at Shanghai University:
- The applicants must be in excellent health and non-Chinese citizens.
- Candidates for bachelor’s degrees must be under 25 years old and recent high school graduates.
- Candidates for master’s programs must be under 35 years old and hold a bachelor’s degree.
- Candidates for doctorate programs must be under 40 years old and hold a master’s degree.
Application Process:
- STEP1: Log in http://edu.sh.gov.cn/study_cn/ , choose Shanghai Government Scholarship,and complete the application online.
- STEP2: Log inhttp://apply.shu.edu.cn to complete the online application. Pay the application fee (RMB 500) which is non-refundable.
- STEP3: Shanghai University Scholarship Committee will review the application materials and determine scholarship candidates’ list.
- STEP4: Publish the scholarship candidates’ list online at late of June (http://apply.shu.edu.cn).
- STEP5: Pay the tuition deposit online and receive official admission documents.
