Singapore Government International Graduate Scholarships 2025:

An outstanding chance for overseas students to pursue a fully supported Ph.D. degree in one of Asia’s most developed and research-driven nations is provided by the Singapore overseas Graduate Award (SINGA) 2026. In order to empower bright minds in the domains of science and engineering, A*STAR, Nanyang Technological University (NTU), National University of Singapore (NUS), Singapore University of Technology and Design (SUTD), and Singapore Management University (SMU) jointly provide SINGA.

Eligibility:

  • International students must apply.
  • A bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline is required.
  • Having outstanding academic records is crucial.
  • English proficiency is necessary (IELTS/TOEFL may be requested later).
  • Singaporean natives and students who have finished their postsecondary studies in Singapore are not eligible.
  • Only science and engineering Ph.D. programs are eligible; social sciences, the arts, and the humanities are not.

  • A duplicate of the passport
  • A recent passport-sized photo
  • Transcripts of bachelor’s degree coursework
  • Academic transcripts for a master’s degree (if applicable)
  • Two recommendation letters
  • English language proficiency is optional, unless the university of choice requires it.
