The 2025–2026 POSCO Asia Fellowship from South Korea:
One of the most awaited fellowships in South Korea is returning for its 17th session. You heard right. Applications are now being accepted for the POSCO Asia Fellowship for the 2026 academic year. The POSCO TH Park Foundation offers a prominent fellowship program for young Asian minds who wish to enroll in Master’s and PhD programs at respectable South Korean universities.
The POSCO fellowship seeks to cultivate outstanding future global leaders who are more knowledgeable about and interested in Korean society, culture, and the economy. The goal of the fellowship is to support Asian students who want to pursue a STEM (science, technology, engineering, and mathematics) degree program at one of the accredited universities. Candidates must be accepted into one of the partner institutions—some of the top colleges in South Korea—in order to be eligible for the fellowship.

Eligible:
- Applications are welcome from candidates who are citizens of Asian countries.
- Applications from Korean nationals are not accepted.
- Candidates have a minimum GPA of 2.7 out of 4.00 and have achieved a bachelor’s degree.
- Being open to enrolling in a graduate degree in a STEM-related field
- Get accepted into one of the nine participating South Korean universities.

- To demonstrate your English proficiency, use one of the following tests:
- TOEFL PBT: 550, TOEFL iBT: 79, TOEIC: 750, IELTS: 6.0, and New TEPS: 327
