The 2025 Edith Cowen University Greg Benjamin WAAPA Music Excellence Scholarship
The Greg Benjamin WAAPA Music Excellence Scholarship is available to students pursuing a bachelor’s degree in music at Edith Cowen University in 2025. Applying for this scholarship is possible here. Your application must be submitted by August 30, 2025. This scholarship, which is worth AUD 10,000 in partial funding, is offered by ECU South West Edith Cowan University in Bunbury. All nationals are eligible to apply for this scholarship. The Greg Benjamin WAPPA Music Excellence Scholarship is awarded to a superb student of the piano who excels in either jazz or classical music. This grant will be automatically awarded to all students enrolled in the Bachelor of Music program with a concentration in piano (classical or jazz).

Eligibility Criteria Greg Benjamin WAAPA Music Excellence Scholarship:
This scholarship requires the following qualification:
- Candidates may be from any country.
- Candidates must be enrolled in WAAPA’s W76 program, which offers a Bachelor of Music with a Jazz or Classical Piano concentration.
- Candidates must have a GREEN academic progression status and keep it.
- Candidates must be enrolled on campus full-time.
- Candidates must show that they are struggling financially.
- No applicant may be awarded more than AUD 5,000 in scholarships annually.
- Candidates cannot have won the Greg Benjamin Entrance Scholarship before.
Worth:
One thousand Australian dollars is given to the chosen applicants.
