Eligibility Criteria:
Applicants must be classified as international.
Applicants can be students, professors, or doctoral degree candidates.
Graduate professors must be permanent professors who are eligible to be thesis advisors.
Applicants who are international students must be approved to study in a thesis-oriented program.
Applicants who are Master’s degree students and Doctoral candidates must be approved to study since the first semester, the 2023 academic year, and onward.
