Applications are being accepted for the UNESCO Internship Program by UNESCO Bangkok. Students and recent graduates can learn about the programs, mandate, and procedures of UNESCO through this program. Through practical activities, individuals will also improve their academic and technical expertise.
In order to be eligible for the UNESCO Internship Program, interns must fulfill the necessary academic requirements:
Enrolled in a graduate program at this time; this might be a Master’s, PhD, or comparable second degree from university or above.Within the year before to the commencement of the internship, the candidate must have recently received their Master’s, PhD, or second degree, as indicated above.

Financial Aspect:
Leave: Interns are entitled to 2.5 days of leave per month during their internship.
Compensation: Please note that this internship opportunity does not remunerate interns. Interns will not receive compensation, financial or otherwise for internship assignments.
Visa: Interns will be responsible for obtaining any necessary visas.
Travel: They should arrange and finance their travel to the location where they will undertake their internship.

Interns should provide the following documents:
- Medical insurance
- Medical certificate from qualified medical practitioner
- motivation letter
- CV/résumé
- ID/ Certificate of Enrolment/ Diploma
Note: Please remeber these points before applying to the postions:
- Prepare the motivation letter and résumé before filling out the application form. You only have one hour to finish the process.
- All your contact details are valid in next 6 months
- Use either English or French in applying
- Submit an unofficial French or English translation for documents if they are not in these languages.
- There is no guarantee of placement because UNESCO recieves more applications from qualified candidates
- UNESCO mangers around the world will assess your application and will remain in the internship portal for six months.
- UNESCO will not respond to each and every candidate. If selected, the winners will receive a contact by the manager.
Requirements
Applicants should meet the following criteria
- Applicant’s age must be over 20 years
- Applicants must be currently studying a Master Degree program or equivalent
- Applicants must have a good English skill in writing and speaking or French
- Applicants must have good communication skill
- Be able to engage with the multicultural setting
- Have the ability to multi-task and work independently on delegated tasks
- Have good computer skill (basic office software tools)
