Victoria University of Wellington’s 2025 Sir John Marshall Scholarship in New Zealand
The Victoria University of Wellington 2025 Sir John Marshall Scholarship is available for bachelor’s degrees in international relations and political sciences. Your application must be submitted before November 30, 2025. Victoria University of Wellington is the provider of this scholarship, which is worth NZD 7,000 in partial funding. All citizens are eligible to apply for this scholarship.
Sir John Marshall, the former prime minister of New Zealand, created this fellowship in 1980 to support political science education at Te Herenga Waka Victoria University of Wellington. Since then, it has been expanded to cover international relations.

- Before the grant is awarded, applicants must be enrolled in 200-level POLS or INTP courses at Te Herenga Waka Victoria University of Wellington.

- Candidates must plan to major in either international relations or political science.
Take note:
- The scholarship will be awarded as a lump sum stipend following the course withdrawal deadline, and the winner must be enrolled in a 200-level POLS or INTP course at Te Herenga Waka Victoria University of Wellington.
- The recipient must write a thank-you note to the donor’s family, and their name will be listed on the Honors Board.
