Victoria University of Wellington’s Laurie Cameron Scholarship for 2025
The Laurie Cameron Scholarship at Victoria University of Wellington 2025 is available for master’s and doctoral degrees in the study of policy and management in the public and corporate sectors. Your application must be submitted before November 30, 2025. Victoria University of Wellington is the provider of this scholarship, which is worth NZD 3,500 in partial funding. In honor of Laurie Cameron C.B.E., Q.S.M., the Laurie Cameron Scholarship was created in 2006 to assist students at Te Herenga Waka Victoria University of Wellington who are studying how the public and private sectors interact in management and policy. This scholarship reflects Cameron’s dedication to moral leadership and private sector involvement.

Eligibility Criteria of Victoria University of Wellington’s Laurie Cameron Scholarship:
This scholarship requires the following qualification:
- Open to Te Herenga Waka Victoria University of Wellington students pursuing a Master of Commerce and Administration or Master of Arts, as well as those enrolled in the School of Government’s post-experience Master’s programs, who are investigating public-private sector interactions in policy and management.
- PhD candidates studying policy and management in the public-private sector are also qualified.
Selection Standards:
- Candidates must be enrolled in a suitable Master’s program (Master of Commerce and Administration, Master of Arts, or School of Government post-experience programs) and conducting research on public-private sector interactions in policy and management at Te Herenga Waka Victoria University of Wellington.
- PhD candidates studying policy and management in the public-private sector are also qualified.
Take note:
- Recipients are required to submit an end-of-year progress report and write a letter of gratitude to the scholarship donor.
- There is no way to postpone the scholarship to a later year.
