Taipei Tech Southbound Elite Training Program Fully Funded in Taiwan 2025
This is a fully funded cultural exchange program in Taiwan, sponsored by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and hosted at the National Taipei University of Technology (NTUT), also known as Taipei Tech. The goal of this program is to invite candidates to explore Taiwanese culture and strengthen diplomatic and economic cooperation with other countries. During the Program, students will also take AI and semiconductor-related, and Chinese language courses. There is no application fee, and IELTS is not required. More details are below. The Duration of the Program is 5 Months, and it will take Place from September 2025 to January 2026.

Eligibility Criteria:
- The applicant should be a Sophomore, Junior, or Senior student.
- The applicant should not be a resident of Taiwan, Hong Kong, or Macau.
- Proof of English Language Proficiency is NOT needed.
- Eligible Countries: Pakistan, Australia, Indonesia, Sri Lanka, India, Singapore, Malaysia, Brunei, Nepal, Laos, Bangladesh, Bhutan, Myanmar, Thailand, Cambodia, New Zealand & Vietnam.
