JOB DESCRIPTION
1. Feeding coordination and networking support
- Completing a mapping of the services provided by government and national/international CSOs including services specific to quake survivors to support the referral system in the empowerment hub.
- Networking and liaising with provincial level government organizations and national/international CSO partners both in Kahramanmaras and Adiyaman
2. Supplying support to the control, monitoring and service delivery in women’s empowerment hub in Kahramanmaras.
- Monitoring and monthly reporting on the assistance provided by the responsible party, physical conditions and the staff of the appointment hub.
- Ensuring data pool and beneficiary registries are being accomplished accurately and timely in the empowerment hub
3. Nourishing technical support to the provisional settlement in Adiyaman.
- Monitoring the performance of the gender-responsive temporary settlement model.
- Supplying recommendation regarding the empowerment and awareness-raising activities conducted in the empowerment hub

QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s Degree in Social Services, Psychology, Sociology, Social Sciences or a related field.
- At least 7 years of progressively responsible background in humanitarian and/or crises context.
- Background in working on women’s empowerment is a strong asset.
- Background in working with CSOs is an asset.
- Prior professional experience with the United Nations or similar organisations in this or a related field would be thought an asset.
- Fluency in Turkish is a requirement.
- Fluency in English is an asset.
