About NGO-Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability, and Learning (MEAL) Assistant
For the DRC Iraq Programme, the MEAL Assistant will collaborate with the MEAL Team Leader to track developments and assess the efficacy of planned interventions. S/he will support data entry, analysis, and reporting while also organizing teams of enumerators and helping with baseline evaluations.

Required Qualifications NGO-Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability, and Learning (MEAL) Assistant
Education:
Relevant university degree or similar education.
Experience:
- Desirable 6-12 months of experience with Monitoring and Evaluation work.
- High-level knowledge and practice with all Microsoft Office products. (Excel, Word, PPT, Onedrive, and SharePoint are assets).
- Flexible and willing to learn and apply new workplace skills.
- Team working and supporting colleagues.
- Focused on delivering the best possible results to the organization.
- Able to work well with a range of people both within and outside the organization.
- Capacity to understand databases.
Languages:
- English (good).
- Kurdish (fluent).
- Arabic (fluent).
