JOB DESCRIPTION
The Grants manager under PAIDAR will manage the operations of the PAIDAR Grant Fund and make sure that in accordance with the guidelines procedures operate the funds. Morover, PAIDAR Grants Manual and the UNIDO Assessment on Grant Pillar contain rules. In addition, Under the overall guidance of the PAIDAR Programme Manager (PM) in Vienna, the Grant Manager have to deliver the following duties:
- Familiarize him/herself and maintain abreast with alternations in rules and procedures of UNIDO in general, and with Grant Policy in specific. Familiarize him/herself with UNIDO and PAIDAR software, incorporating MS Teams and Monday.com.
- Responsible for the set-up and management of the grant operations. Make sure that the programme has robust systems in place for the correct management, accounting and reporting for all funds disbursed in the form of accountable grants.

QUALIFICATION
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND LANGUAGE
- The required degree is master’s degree in economics, finance, management or another related discipline.
- The required experience is a minimum of 7 years’ practical experience in managing, implementing, and monitoring grants of different scales.
- The demanded level in written and spoken English is Fluency.
