The In-flight Chef oversees and manages all kitchen operations, working alongside the Crew to ensure that our passengers get the highest standards of service and quality while dining. The In-flight Chef implements daily activities in the First and Business Class Cabins. Candidates should have prior experience working for a high-end hotel, resort, cruise line, or airline; knowledge of cooking methods and equipment use; and completion of a basic education program or its equivalent.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- First and Business Class passengers’ in-flight meals are prepared and served with the utmost care for quality and presentation.
- Make sure the galley kitchen is always maintained spotless, hygienic, and organized.
- communicate with visitors, engaging them in conversation while reassuring them of the First & Business Class cuisine options.
- As needed, communicate with and help the First & Business Class crew.
- Establish a rapport with visitors and strive to improve client satisfaction
- flexibility with rosters that may alter to accommodate changing business needs and manpower needs
- Always maintain a high standard of personal hygiene and grooming.

- Licensed Chef
- prior employment with a four- or five-star hotel, airline, or cruise line
- English language proficiency at the intermediate level
- Interpersonal and communication skills that are strong
