About UN Careers-National Data Analysis Specialist

The primary goal of the FAO country offices, which are led by an FAO Representative, is to help governments develop policies, programs, and projects to achieve food security and to reduce hunger and malnutrition, as well as to help the development of the agricultural, fisheries, and forestry sectors and the sustainable use of their natural resources.
The National Data Analysis Specialist will work with the National Food Agency of Georgia in collaboration with the National Team Leader of the project, under the overall direction and responsibility of the FAO Representative in Georgia, and under the direct supervision of the Technical Advisor of the GCP/GEO/021/MUL project.
To ensure the FAO project is properly planned, developed, implemented, and completed on time, provide technical knowledge.

UN Careers-National Data Analysis Specialist Requirments

Education:

  •  University-level degree in Information Technologies or a similar discipline

Experience:

  • PostgreSQL or Oracle database professional expertise of at least 5 years

Languages:

  • Working knowledge of English and Georgian languages (level C)
