About UN Jobs Assistant Resources Humaines

This position is located in the PAM office in Burkina Faso and reports to the person in charge of human resources.

At this level, it is expected that the position holder would be responsible for carrying out a full range of RH activities, which calls for a specific interpretation of the rules and accepted practices. In his or her area of competence, the position holder is qualified to recommend a course of action and may offer advice to other employees.
Doing a number of human resources-related tasks to support the precise implementation of PAM policies and procedures, as well as facilitating the efficient operation of a service focused on customers and the RH strategy.

UN Jobs Assistant Resources Humaines Requirments

Education: Avoir au moins une Licence en Gestion des Ressources Humaines ou tout autre domaine connexe
Expérience: Au moins cinq années d’expériences de travail en gestion ou assistant en Ressources Humaines, en gestion administatrive.
Langue: Bonne connaissance orale et écrite de la langue française.
