- Provide administrative and financial assistance in the implementation of project strategies and activities.
- Create contracts for smaller purchases and agreements.

- Keeping track of office materials and equipment requirements, as well as maintaining an inventory of project activities.
- Solicit information from suppliers in order to create new vendors.
