About UN Jobs in Pakistan-HR Senior Assistant
The HR Senior Assistant is responsible for providing technical and administrative support to the timely processing, recording, completion, monitoring, and maintaining of transactions and processes covering the variety of Human Resources Management service lines in accordance with UNOPS’ HR rules, regulations, and policies. The HR Senior Assistant reports directly to the WHO HR Services Project Manager, is overseen overall by the Head of Support Services, as well as receiving technical direction from IPAS HR. Responsibilities:

Education:
- Secondary schooling must be completed.
- It would be ideal to have a first university degree in human resources management, business administration, public administration, or a related field.
- Highly desirable is knowledge of UN policies, processes, and practices.
Experience:
- a minimum of five years of relevant experience in providing HR consultancy, recruitment, and/or generalist HR services in a national or multinational organization.
- It is highly desirable to have computer and web application proficiency.
- An understanding of UN system organizations is preferred.
- It would be ideal to have prior experience using enterprise systems and HR information systems.
Languages:
