Students that are accepted can apply for KAIST Scholarships from the university. Therefore, in order to be eligible for the KAIST Scholarship, you must apply for admission. There is no need for an additional application.

After their first year, students at KAIST are required to maintain a GPA of at least 2.7 out of 4.3

The Sciences of Mathematics

language exam need:

While not required, submitting scores from standardized tests like SAT and AP as well as English proficiency tests (EPTs) like TOEFL and IELTS is advised.

You can still apply if you don’t have the test results. There won’t be any drawbacks.

Qualifications

Candidates who are citizens of another country

Korean applicants must have completed all of their elementary, middle, and high school educations outside of Korea

The application cost must be paid

International students are not permitted to apply if they are Korean citizens, including dual citizens
