The INSAIT is located in Sofia, Bulgaria (Institute for Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence and Technology). It is the first institution of its kind in Eastern Europe to offer first-rate conditions and resources for research. The main objective of INSAIt is to improve the world via innovation in science, research, and education. This research fellowship program will accept applications from undergraduate students worldwide in 2023. The summer program is totally funded by overseas students. It is necessary to deliver the project plan that the mentor and student discussed throughout the course of the program. Before the start of this summer program, the project’s plan must be finished. The student’s work will be compiled into a final report that will be formatted as a conference paper. The student’s final presentation will be included in the INSAIT lecture series. These fully funded summer fellowships offer undergraduate students a wonderful opportunity to network with people throughout the world, learn about different research methodologies, and gain experience. The length of this program will depend on the summer project that is chosen.

Eligibility Criteria for INSIAT Scholarships
- All undergraduate students enrolled in any recognized university are eligible to apply.
- Students who want to apply should be enrolled in a STEM major such as computer science or math.
- Students should have a minimum GPA of 3.5 (out of 4.0) or the equivalent in the corresponding grading system.
- INSAIT strongly encourages applications from communities generally underrepresented in STEM.
